Of course, he won’t stop selling passports to Russians

Of course, Prime Minister Robert Abela will not stop selling Maltese passports to Russians.  For him, any idea that the Russians would use Malta to penetrate European financial markets is “baseless and pure speculation.”

Can he be even more totally dumb and unfit for purpose than this?
