Do you remember this article where I explained that Leonid McKay is totally incompetent in his role as head of Malta’s marijuana regulatory agency?
Well, it appears that Leonic McKay is raking up a significant salary for doing a horrible job, all the while splashing government funds on nonsense. No wonder he wants the small cannabis growers to pay huge amounts of fees to his agency.
Leonid is shamelessly running an agency he has no business running and yet he is getting rich from it. Someone decent in this role would have been someone that earned it thanks to a long stretch of business experience in the industry and not a corrupt social worker doing a job he knows nothing about.
