Charlotte Ciantar and her husband are just two of the individuals who will be arraigned in court tonight over tax fraud. Charlotte Ciantar is the daughter of Carlie Ciantar (Il-Ħexa) who sold a speedboat to Robert Abela. Subsequently, Robert Abela sold this speedboat to Il-Maskar brothers who are being accused of producing the bomb which killed Daphne Caruana Galizia.
