I have been informed that a private gas storage facility is to be built in front of a primary school and just right next to the historic building of the old university in Lija. There is barely anything online about them and the company seems to be a construction and real estate developer. And it is not clear to me whether Torri Gardens Ltd. is building the plant for themselves or for someone else. Their accounts for 2021 seem to show no economic activity but reported a loan of ย420,000 and properties of up to ย922,000.
