Moscow announces counter-terrorism operation

Seems like civil war is on the table for Russia as Moscow has declared a counter-terrorism operation.

So far, the top Kremlin official who lent his face in support of the Ministry of Defense is President Putin’s official spokesperson Dimitriy Peskov.
