Note that the Prime Minister has said during the press conference that he will be appointing the head of the public inquiry and will not consult with Jean Paul Sofia’s parents about the selection. He says this at the end of the speech before he answers questions from the press.
The first question asked to him was by the public broadcaster and it was a question on the judiciary’s timing of the magisterial inquiry. Robert Abea replied with a scripted reply.

Utter shambles. Text book example of a dysfunctional government, an inept prime minister and a useless cabinet. Four words: Labour cannot be trusted.
