Breaking: the Magistrate did not attend the meeting with the AG but the police were present

Magistrate Marsanne Farrugia did not attend today’s meeting with the Attorney General on Jean-Paul Sofia’s inquiry. The inquiry was presented to the AG by the police and not the Magistrate as the Magistrate has concluded the inquiry and is recommending the police take action and prosecute people. Now, the inquiry is at the stage where the police and the AG are discussing plans for prosecution.

Early this week Robert Abela lied to the whole nation by saying that the Magistrate had submitted a request to delay her inquiry. The lie was picked up by MaltaToday.

  1. Hope that the magistrates and others have kept a copy of the inquiry in a safe place, given that it will be redacted and edited to protect the criminal allies of Robert Abela. The criminal AG and the police commissioner will do everything that Robert ABela or Jonathan Attard orders them to do, including altering the conclusions to protect the criminals or frame a scapegoat.
