Kurt Buhagiar is on forced leave but has not been suspended from LANDS yet

Kurt Buhagiar, the corrupt Labour Party contractor facing charges of the involuntary homicide of Jean-Paul Sofia has been told not to report to work at LANDS, however, he has yet to be suspended.

It is unclear whether he will be suspended soon or will be allowed to stay on forced leave.
