Rosianne Cutajar is fuming and complaining that the Labour Party does not want to let her back in again after the taxman concluded that she did not break any tax laws (she paid tax on her corrupt proceeds).
Hilarious. I genuinely would like the Labour Party to accept her back again as it would show exactly what it is – a criminal organisation. Robert Abela defended her even after the publication of NuxellinaLeaks but was eventually forced to make her resign due to heavy pressure and the chaos that took over the Party in those days.
Being the psychopath that she is, Rosianne has no qualms about lying and distorting facts for her own ends and interests. She hasn’t changed one bit and shows no remorse for her disgusting, squalid, and criminal behavuiour. Those applauding her should really take a moment to reflect.
Rosianne Cutajar’s issue is not a tax issue, of course – it is a criminal matter regarding bribery and corruption, and yes, you can technically pay your taxes on your corrupt proceeds with the taxman certifying you have paid your tax – that is what fraud is called. It would not be in the taxman’s responsibility to understand whether the corrupt proceeds are legitimate are not – that is a criminal matter that the police should have addressed.
Ye,t the reason why Rosianne Cutajar hasn’t been prosecuted criminally by the police is for the same reason many other politicians haven’t been prosecuted. Both the Police Commissioner Angelo Gafa and Attorney-General Victoria Buttigieg are in their places specifically and exclusively to make sure that people like Joseph Muscat and Rosianne Cutajar don’t go to prison. Both Gafa and Butti?ie? are criminally corrupt and are obstructing justice. Keep in mind that had NuxellinaLeaks haven’t been published, Rosianne Cutajar would have remained in politics, wheeling, and dealing.
By the way, do you know who the taxman actually is? I happen to know him personally because he was the permanent secretary of Evarist Bartolo when I was a government executive of a public entity. Joseph Caruana, the chief taxman is the brother to Bartolo’s infamous canvasser, Edward Caruana. Both Joe and Edward are ardent old-time Labour Party activists.
Joe Caruana is Malta’s taxman exclusively and strictly to make sure to serve the Labour Party’s interests. Don’t be so naive.
