UPDATED: It has been brought to my attention by a frequent traveler to Dubai that Rosianne Cutajar did in fact disclose her trip to Dubai in 2019 (it was an official trip), however, unrelated to the chats, I was told that Rosianne Cutajar has this year been seen on flights to Dubai in various trips even after she was forced to resign from the Labour Parliamentary Group.
Rosianne Cutajar is bragging that the illiterate (he is literally illiterate) taxman, Joseph Caruana has signed off an inquiry about her that was started by the previous corrupt taxman Marvin Gaerty that exculpated her from tax evasion.
Even the mafia pays its taxes let alone when the tax department is run by a criminal organisation. Whatever Joseph Caruana may say on Labour politicians is completely irrelevant – he himself and his brother were also subject to serious accusations of corruption.
Rosianne Cutajar is not a subject for a tax inquiry – that is not very relevant to the degree and seriousness of her crimes. Rosianne Cutajar has to be criminally investigated for corruption, trading in influence, bribery, fraud, and manipulation of Parliament when she defended Yorgen Fenech without disclosing his payments to her.
One of the features in her alleged criminal activity is her undeclared trip to Dubai in 2019 when she was receiving bribes from Yorgen Fenech. Her trip to Dubai is very strange and has not been disclosed, yet. She is the kind of person who takes photos of herself and uploads them to her Instagram account every time she goes on holiday or on a public trip, so why wouldn’t she do the same when she goes to Dubai?
Previously, I had already published small excerpts of these chats, but now they are being published in full.
They show a very close political and business relationship with Edward ?ammit Lewis such as for example by finding Labour employees for Yorgen Fenech. Also, in these chats, Yorgen Fenech claims that Adrian Delia pressured to meet him when Adrian Delia was the leader of PN. This was during the time when we knew already that Yorgen Fenech was the owner of 17 Black registered in Dubai for the transfer of bribes in relation to the Electrogas Project.
There has been great pressure on me not to publish these chats for many reasons (including a scathing attack against what he thinks are my sources by MaltaToday editor Saviour Balzan), but I am not going to prescribe to the court’s orders to keep these chats hidden. Had the Police Commissioner done his job and arraigned these corrupt politicians himself, we, independent journalists, wouldn’t have the need to inform the public about this stuff. The reality is that the Police Commissioner is covering up for all of them so no justice will ever be made unless the truth is out and these scumbags are shamed in public.
When the Police start doing their job, and being their arraignments, I will stop publishing Yorgen Fenech’s chats.
