Robert Abela and the Real-Estate Mafia (let’s start calling them for what they are) are doing everything possible to dampen the prospects of the public inquiry into finding anyone in the government remotely involved in the case guilty of anything. For starters, the public inquiry’s terms and chairman were chosen by Robert Abela himself and the terms do not include the relationship between the Labour Party and the contractors involved, namely Kurt Buhagiar and Matthew Vella.
The public inquiry is being rushed touching upon simple technicalities without delving into any context. The Real-Estate Mafia is not hiding that it is in full defense mode – hence why Chris Soler, the State Advocate bizarrely appeared for the hearing with his assistant. Interesting. I was also told by Labour Party sources that Chris Soler is also advising government ministers on what to say during the inquiry in order to protect themselves.
This opportunistic and incompetent robot bureaucrat – and I know his incompetence and opportunism from personal experience. I wiped the court’s floor with him as a 21-year-old accused of publishing pornography. This man is supposedly the State Advocate and not the lawyer to the government. There is no separation of State and government interests for Chris Soler, but I know him well. An equivalent to Attorney-General Victoria Butti?ie? as a working lawyer, opportunistic, callous, and unprincipled. He will lose again in whatever he will do, including covering up for corrupt government ministers.
There is a lot that is yet to come out from this public inquiry and I will be covering it on this website in relation to how the Real-Estate Mafia is conducting its illegal activity.
