The developer who killed Miriam Pace was awarded a public property after he was the only one who tendered for it

Elton Joseph Caruana, one of the developers who killed Miriam Pace, who as of lately, has been flexing his Mercedes on social media, was also awarded the lease of commercial premises in ?amruin by Lands in a tender that only he applied for.

The lease for the property is for 15 years and the rent asked by LANDS was a minimum of ย€4,200 annually. Elton Joseph Caruana was the only bidder at ย€4,301.

Incredible how these people get to expropriate private property for free.
