PS of Home Affairs Emanuel Psaila may have resigned

I am receiving news that Emanuel Psaila may have resigned from his post as permanent secretary at the Ministry of Home Affairs. His disgruntlement emanated from the Minister’s incompetence having described him as “a young and inexperienced kid”.

I haven’t confirmed this yet, but will try and call Emanuel Psaila later on during the day.
