Managing a crisis of her own making

Magistrate Donatella Frendo Dimech has instructed the parties to the case on the alleged money laundering by Keith Schembri and his Kasco business associates to appear in court on Friday. Meanwhile, as Keith Schembri’s lawyers cry foul and whatnot, the judge who will be presiding over the case of Keith Schembri’s complaint about his mobile phone is Mark Simiana. The judge has ordered CCTV footage to be preserved so as to confirm how Keith Schembri’s mobile phone was lost.

It is important to note at this stage that Judge Mark Simiana was Robert Abela’s nominee to the judiciary and he came from outside of the bench. It is amazingly interesting to me how Labour’s appointees to the judiciary always ended up like clockwork judging Labour’s organised criminals in very particular cases – Nadine Lia presides over the Pilatus case, Donatella Frendo Dimech presides over money-laundering cases, and now, Mark Simiana will be presiding over alleged breach of rights cases by the courts. Not my job to speculate on coincidences or not, but it is only fair that this is pointed out.

I PERSONALLY DON’T BELIEVE IN COINCIDENCE AND ESPECIALLY WITH ALL THE CORRUPTION IN THIS LABOUR REGIME. IT WAS CALCULATED AND ALL THE PAWNS WERE PUT IN PLACE, PUTIN STYLE!!!?????
