There’s news that the family of Joseph Ellul is suing WasteServ for Joseph Ellul’s death at the WasteServ plant. A Magisterial inquiry was concluded that WasteServ’s executives had to be arraigned in court by the Police on criminal charges but the Attorney-General failed to issue the bill of indictment.
