Today, the murderer and disgraced ex-CEO of Tumas Group, Yorgen Fenech was in court again for the compilation of evidence. Several reports were submitted by the prosecution including statements by witnesses and investigators’ reports. After this extensive process is over, the actual hearing of the case commences in front of a jury that has to decide whether Yorgen Fenech is guilty or not.
Today, Yorgen Fenech’s defense team was complaining that their client was a victim of a frame to which, the lawyer serving the Caruana Galizia family, Jason Azzopardi retorted by saying, “An innocent person, doesn’t ask for a Presidential pardon.”
