Only, that the old man is, actually, poor, has a lot of debt, and has negative equity, meaning that he can easily lose everything if he defaults on his debt payments. It’s his problem if he goes bankrupt because in that case, a court would take control of, basically, all of his assets.
Robert Kiyosaki is the kind of person who makes money by exploiting the ignorance of people. Ask yourself a question, why is it only poor people that give money to grifters like him and Andrew Tate? Or why is it mostly poor people who participate in pyramid schemes? Why would Robert Kiyosaki need to sell you his books if he is so rich? Do you genuinely think these people are so generous they want to help you?
