A reader has sent me these videos of trucks in M?arr ix-Xini Gozo, telling me that these are Joseph Portelli’s trucks and have been dumping construction waste with impunity for months on end. I could not verify if these are Joseph Portelli’s trucks, but you can clearly see the brown soil and how it has been mixed with the construction waste that has distinctive colours such as white and yellow. Basically, turning a natural area into a construction dump.
