Jamal Khashoggi’s foundation Democracy for the Arab World Now (DAWN) has presented a case to the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court with Israeli generals and military officers that should be investigated for war crimes in Gaza. DAWN is also arguing that the Major General in charge of planning the offensive in Gaza, Oded Basyuk is a prime suspect in the IDF’s plan to indiscriminately shell and kill civilians and journalists.
More than 10,000 women and children have been killed in Gaza since the IDF’s offensive on Gaza last October, and dozens of journalists deliberately targeted and killed.
