The previous Super ONE hack and currently, Joseph Muscat’s lawyer is pretty angry for having the Chief Justice refuse to replace Magistrate Gabriella Vella from her inquiry on Joseph Muscat’s fraudulent hospital deals. Robert Abela tried replacing Magistrate Gabriela Vella by proposing the Chief Justice to replace all the magistrates with ongoing inquiries that started as of 2018 and assign the inquiries to a new magistrate.
This is the only argument that Joseph Muscat can make against the overwhelming evidence of fraud, money laundering, and corruption against him: political victimisation. Same as with the convicted Italian Mafia leaders of the 1980s. Victims of persecution.
