Frank Psaila was the candidate earmarked by Joseph Muscat’s Mafia to replace David Casa

Frank Psaila, the previous Nationalist Party wonder kid who earned his popularity by distributing a printed Press Release to journalists instead of organising a press conference with comments and questions, was also, in 2019, soliciting Yorgen Fenech and the Labour government for jobs and opportunities – this was after he failed to get elected in the MEP elections.

In 2019, he was earmarked and chosen by Joseph Muscat’s Mafia to replace David Casa in the European Parliament elections and Yorgen Fenech gave ย€100,000 to Adrian Delia, then PN leader, for this aim. Saviour Balzan was also aware of this plan and was supposed to give a helping hand in this scheme. Frank Psaila contested the MEP elections and failed to get elected while David Casa went on to get re-elected.
