Silence on the Opposition front

The pseudo-opposition is in silence following yesterday’s grotesque public display of organised criminality in politics. It’s as if nothing remarkable or of interest has happened and we can go on with our lives as if everything is normal in our country.

Alex Borg, the PN MP who this week penned two short and infantile essays on Facebook to attack me, has told us that he is on holiday in Madrid. On the other hand, the man who pretends that he can save the Nationalist Party, Franco Debono is still demanding to have libel damages increased so that no one hurts his feelings by describing him as a “tumor”. Cancer indeed, of the brain most probably.

    It all boils down to lack of leadership. A good leader would have chastised Alex Borg for his continuous attacks on independent media and NGOs, and would have CATEGORICALLY EXCLUDED any future role to Franco Farrak (as Abela did in relation to Konrad Mizzi).

    Alex likes the camera as much as Noddy and in fact must be in the running for the title as being the most like Noddy in the PN? Maybe he will be replacing Noddy in the PL as they do need someone to replace him that will attend the opening of a fridge door if there is a camera around and Alex could be that candidate perhaps with Franco taking the photos?

    Actually there is no opposition. Just a shambles of a moribund bankrupt party devoid of any initiatives or political strategy. The Nazzs cannot put up any real opposition because they risk stepping on the toes of the business cabal and Malta’s criminal network. Just like labour they are beholden to these people. Note how they ignore or pussyfoot around issues regarding the environment and the development frenzy. The Nazzs know that eventually they will win the general elections and not only will they dish out more of the same but they will also cover the arses of the current Labour Ministers and goverment officials who are aiding and abetting them. As things stand Labour have already appointed hardcore Nazzs in charge of strategic national entities such as Transport Malta, Enemalta and Project green. When the Nazzs eventually come to power it will be just a matter of changing the cooks while the recipes will remain the same.
