The US liquidates senior leader of terrorist group responsible for the latest attack on a US base

According to the US Central Command, the senior leader of Kataib-Hezbollah, the terrorist group that conducted an attack on a US base in Jordan, has been killed in a drone attack in Baghdad, Iraq. The terrorist group also suspended its activities following its attack.

The attack targeted the terrorist leader whilst in a moving car in a busy street in the centre of the city, but no civilian casualties occourred. Some protesters gathered in front of the American Embassy soon after the attack.
