The Head of the Police’s Financial Crimes Investigation Department who resigned this week, has been offered a public post in exchange for his silence. The Office of the Prime Minister, namely the office of Tony Sultana (Principal Permanent Secretary), took on the role of finding a new posting for Sandro Camilleri. The new posting will be intended to humiliate him and will be completely outside his line of work. He may be appointed to Glenn Bedingfield’s Ministry of Public Cleanliness, but I have not confirmed this yet.
