As Russia tries to blame Ukraine for an ISIS terrorist attack at a music concert last Friday, it is pertinent to remain suspicious of everything that Moscow states, apart from understanding the details of the attack. Russia also ignored warnings by the US Embassy in Moscow of imminent terrorist attacks.
Recent security footage from the Crocus City Hall shows security personnel walking away from the attack, while employees of the hall were in disbelief at how the attackers could walk in with weapons despite security measures in place.
