Apart of paying them dirt-low wages, and extracting from them most of their money back through rent and food expenses, we are now going to force foreign workers pay 500 to sit for a series of lessons provided to them by an AI robot. It’s all acceptable and tech-savvy as long as we include “AI” and suddenly we are best in Europe, once again, in exploiting third-country nationals.
One of the Ministers announcing this grift, has just recently told the press that he is a “socialist”. Byron Camilleri should know better, but his compassion and empathy has probably been eroded after years of serving criminals in their evil deeds.
