Three of Ismail Haniyeh’s sons have been killed by the IDF in Gaza. Ismail Haniyeh is the infamous Hamas leader who declared war on Israel from a hotel in Qatar. At one point Qatar expelled him along with other Hamas leaders, but they seem to have been back in Qatar for ceasefire negotiations. You can see his reaction below to the news of the death of his sons, which he takes with great satisfaction given that they had been “martyred”. Ismail Haniyeh has up to 13 children and 42 grandchildren.
