Equis Assurance Ltd, the auditors of Destination Europe resigned their brief in March of 2023 leaving the company without an auditor registered to it since then. The online website of the Malta Business Registry hasn’t yet updated this detail, but it’s also the company’s obligation to find a new auditor. Maybe this will be a challenge since Nexia BT have gone out of business.
In any case, the big boss of Delsk Group, Jing Wang, is supposedly coming to Malta soon to set everything right.
