In a parallel universe far away from the reality of our Earth, a university in India has given some sort of award to Joseph Muscat, Woxsen University in the city of Hyderabad, India, has even hosted and welcomed Joseph Muscat with filming, and PR that celebrated him. So far I don’t understand the context and the background to this, but I’m very interested to know who paid whom, who got what and how did this all happen in reality.
