Many of the Chinese applying for passports or residency schemes don’t actually live in their rented properties

Chinese citizens who apply for residency or passport schemes in Malta don’t necessarily live in the properties they are renting and this is why JWP Malta of Delsk can pretend to be renting out properties. This type of fraud is very simple. Chinese residents are paying up to €600 just to rent properties for official purposes and not to actually live in them and Delsk has mastered this fraud. For anyone having surplus property that hasn’t been rented this kind of scheme is free money. Note that before becoming premier, Robert Abela did something similar with his villa in ?ejtun and his Russian client.
