Delsk in Montenegro: fronted by a Vučinić with real-estate projects in the pipeline

Delsk in Montenegro is collecting funds from foreign investors to build a luxury hotel and residence complex. The application, made by a Delsk subsidiary called “JWP DOO”, can be found online here. This seems to be the project, currently being promoted online. Basically, foreigners are invited to pool their funds for a real-estate project in exchange for citizenship.

Delsk’s subsidiary in Montenegro is also fronted by another Vučinić who is its director: Dražen Vučinić. I could not confirm his relationship to Nemanja Vučinić who is currently a personal assistant to Gao Mao, but Nemanja is the son of Boro Vučinić, the previous head of the Montenegrin National Security Agency.

The way Delsk operates in Montenegro is very similar to the way it operates in Malta. Both in Malta and in Montenegro, Delsk is using people connected to or with politics to front its business. What would be further interesting to know is whether these political exposed persons who basically work for the same company, but in separate jurisdictions are connected together through international corruption such as the Mozura wind-farm project. The real-estate project in Montenegro may also be a sign of things to come in Malta, which is also something that Polidano Group would be interested in.

The one from the website belongs to yet another member of the locust plague of international grifters making money by selling out the identity of a small nation with a government thirsting for foreign funds.

  2. […] Group’s subsidiaries in Montenegro are also winding down and apparently, Nemanja Vučinić no longer works there. Nemanja is the son […]
