The Minister of Justice Jonathan Attard is being kept up to-date with the current procedures of the submission of Magistrate Gabriella Vella’s inquiry on the public hospitals fraud conducted by Joseph Muscat, which has been submitted to the Attorney-General last Thursday. Jonathan Attard is keeping Prime Minister Robert Abela updated with the procedures and the latest developments, but I could not confirm whether they are aware of the details in the inquiry which so far have been a very closely guarded secret.
