It is interesting to note that following the corrupt wind farm project in Montegero by Enemalta (the Mozura wind-farm deal), Vitals had tried to established itself in Montenegro and in Albania after it struck a deal with the Maltese government. Ram Tumuluri also went to Montenegro to try and set up the fraudulent deals himself.
Prime Minister of Montenegro Milo ?ukanovi? had struck the corrupt Mozura deal with Muscat’s government, and also welcomed, Ram Tumuluri to set up his fraudulent private-public-health partnership in Montenegro. Today, the relatives of a close ally and supporter of Milo ?ukanovi?, work for the same company where Joseph Muscat currently works, namely at Delsk. Nemanja Vu?ini? works for Destination Europe and Draen Vu?ini? works at JWP DOO, who are related to Boro Vu?ini?.
When it all adds up, the level of criminality by Joseph Muscat enters the realm of national security issues, because this is like a local criminal network building offshoots abroad that jeopardise your international relations.
