When Supreme Leader Robert Abela threatened the Inquiring Magistrate warning her and the judiciary not to commit political terrorism, Robert Abela was committing a criminal act as per article 93 of the Criminal Code.
Robert Abela has threatened a Magistrate in public over the course of her duties with the clear aim of influencing the outcome of her work. Someone should edit the clip where he explicitly makes the threat.
The press should also ask Robert Abela how does he define “political terrorism” – and not by giving an example, but by providing a literal definition.
