Earlier this week, Robert Aquilina has requested the Court in the ongoing case over Pilatus Bank to present new evidence on Joseph Muscat’s alleged shell company in Panama “Egrant”. The story was first broken out by Daphne Caruana Galizia and eventually led to a Magisterial Inquiry that was inconclusive in its results.
The excerpts on Egrant are part of a Police inquiry on Pilatus Bank which has been suppressed resulting in the failure of prosecution of all those involved including the owner of the bank Ali Sadr Hasheminejad.
