Francesca Gauci has been slapped with a warning from the MFSA

Francesca Gauci Bonnici, who is promoting her fraudulent “business” of duping unwitting clients to register and deposit money with FX brokers has been slapped with a warning from the Malta Financial Services Authority. The warning also includes her website AKASHX, and specifically states that:

Ms Francesca Gauci Bonnici and AKASHX (www.akashx.com) are neither licenced or otherwise authorised under any relevant financial services legislation. The claims being made on social media by Ms Francesca Gauci Bonnici are therefore false, misleading, and inaccurate.

I think this should just be the first step in her regard. There are many victims who have been fleeced with her frauds and if there aren’t enough laws to ensure that what she does is illegal, MFSA should come up with a new draft legislation and propose it to the policymaker. People who entice you to deposit money at “FX” and “Forex” brokers are outright frauds and you should avoid them altogether.

I?m not sure, but if I recall correctly, but wasn?t she a former police officer, many many years ago? Before these FX shenanigans, she was also selling diet powder?s during covid lockdowns

I digress with my previous comment, she wasn?t a police officer, she was a nurse in a previous life.
