I love picking up details of very interesting investigations conducted by The Shift News. Most of the time we are coincidentally working on similar investigations, separately and at the same time.
Yesterday, they published an interesting investigation about how Keith Schembri siphoned public funds of the Vitals and Steward concessions for his associates’ business ventures, including one called Cannapharm Technologies, owned by Denis Orlov.
Interestingly, this company is registered at an office owned by persecuted Vitals and Steward auditor, Christopher Spiteri or his associates and is using it as a registered office of up to 93 companies including his own company Crossbow Holdings Limited.
Interestingly, all the companies seem to have been registered on this address after 2013.
