What’s the position of the Nationalist Party on the incinerator apart from fighting for Hitachi Zosen to get a €780 million contract?

Does the Nationalist Party have a detailed position on the proposed incinerator at Mag?tab apart from fighting for Hitachi Zosen to get a €780 million public contract?

According to the Court’s decision, the challenge to the awarding of the contract was based on a technicality over a conflict of interest of the board members who were previously on other government boards. There is nothing nefarious and irregular in this, it’s all legal nonsense and time-wasting by Adrian Delia. A show that ultimately is wasting everyone’s time.

The board of adjudication will be recomposed and obviously, given that the submissions will remain the same and had already been cleared for their eligibility requirements, the decision will most probably remain the same and the cheapest bidder once again, gets the contract: that is Bonnici Brothers.

What should be the focus in this story is whether Robert Abela is getting bribes from the Bonnici Brothers. No one cares about the blabbering and time-wasting theatre by Adrian Delia.
