The Malta Union of Teachers has released a statement earlier today saying that it has concluded the renewed negotiations with the Ministry of Education over its proposed salary agreement, and will be presenting the new agreement to its members from the 1st of July.
The MUT is still refusing to send a copy of the agreement to its members and is instead asking them to vote on the agreement based on its interpretation through PowerPoint presentations shown during a meeting for a limited amount of time. The presentations are also not being sent to the members.
