No new French government yet

The French Left coalition that came first in the National Assembly elections has so far failed to come up with a candidate Prime Minister leaving the incumbent Gabriel Attal in his position.

President Emmanuel Macron’s political party Ensemble National has single-handedly got most votes giving him the authority to try and organise a coalition government, however Macron does not have enough deputies to make this happen.
