Arman Senikovich Ovespyan, the business partner of Roderick Dingli in Malta for his company called Bingo Boom is sanctioned by the Ukrainian government, however there are no reasons listed for the sanctions. Arman Senikovich Ovespyan is a software developer from Russia who also has companies registered in the United States.
