German Foreign Office denies press rumours it is stopping new military aid to Ukraine

The German Foreign Office has denied press rumours published by the Frankfurter Allgemeine and the Süddeutsche Zeitung claiming that the German government will cut aid to Ukraine due to budget cuts. Germany’s military aid to Ukraine comes directly from its own supplies, and the total list of aid is listed here. The rumours were denied by the Spokesperson of the German Federal Foreign Office, Sebastian Fischer.

In the past few days, Germany publicly announced that Ukraine is free to use any of the military hardware it has donated on Russian soil.
