Narcissim and ADHD don’t mix well in politics. Note, that most of the politicians are like her and she is not special. The irony is that, despite her age, instead of bringing a new style of politics, she is even more ingratiating and obnoxious than her older colleagues. To get ahead, she competes with them using their own theatrical tactics rather than acting appropriately and actually do something in politics.
