The Ukrainian counter for Russian soldiers killed in action in the war on Ukraine has exceeded 600,000 Russian soldiers dead with more than 1000 Russian soldiers being killed on a daily basis.
More than 23,640 Ukrainian civilians have been killed by Russian forces during the war including 1,551 children. As of last February, 31,000 Ukrainian soldiers have been confirmed killed by the Ukrainian government. US government estimates of Ukrainian soldiers in action is higher with an estimate of more than 70,000 soldiers killed in action.
