Since the Nationalists are smearing me with lies about my past, it’s only fair to be factual about their track record on how Nationalist Party politicians view journalists.
This is Adrian Delia conducting a smear campaign against Daphne Caruana Galizia for his PN leadership campaign. He was compelled to swallow his words after she was murdered.
These are Adrian Delia’s canvassers who regularly come to my Facebook wall to attack me very time I publish something about Adrian Delia. I blocked most of them since they are pathetic blockheads who know no better other than defending their political masters with ad hominem attacks and lies.
This is Alex Borg and Miriana Calleja Testaferatta De Noto attacking Manuel Delia for calling Franco Debono a “cancer”. They also supported legal action against Manuel Delia. They were also echoing the views of Prime Minister Robert Abela.
This is previous PN MP Franco Debono coming out in favour of strict censorship laws. Alex Borg supports his return to PN. He is also joined in sentiment by Robert Musumeci (ex-PN, now with Labour).
Adrian Delia vexatiously instituted a libel case against Lovin Malta over claims about his messages with Yorgen Fenech. Adrian Delia sued for libel and Lovin Malta retracted their story. Messages about Yorgen Fenech’s and Adrian Delia’s relationship were then published on this website.
Just recently I was smeared by a young PN Politician. Alex Borg even wrote a long diatribe against me on Facebook but I can’t find it.
Previous PN MP Therese Comodini Cachia was a staunch defender of journalists and free speech. She is no longer a PN MP.
The only speech in parliament that I remember during the last four years by a PN MP lauding and defending free speech was by Mark Anthony Sammut.
David Casa is a PN MEP and is also a staunch defender of free speech. He was part of the MEP team that worked on the EU’s Directive on anti-SLAPP (Daphne’s law). He never reacted to my harsh criticism of him.
