Two sources, one from the Office of the Prime Minister confirmed with me that Joe Bugeja of the MSS denied to them that the entity or any of its personnel have any connections with Joseph Muscat.
He did not deny the MSS surveilled and interrogated one of the whistleblowers who sent information to Daphne Caruana Galizia with regard to Electrogas.
