The infamous and notorious Libyan Coast Guard Commander and human trafrficker Abdul Rahman Milad, known as “Al-Bidja”, was shot and killed by a sniper outside the Naval Academy.
He was sanctioned by the United Nations Security Council for human trafficking.
He was made TV-popular years back with a documentrary by Al-Jazeera on human smuggling in the Mediteranean Sea.
