Joseph Muscat’s men and the merry band of newly appointed intelligence officials straight from the Customs Department, and just right after the appointment of Joseph Bugeja as Head of the MSS.
It’s wild that no one in government ever bothered to take serious interest in this issue, let alone its consequences for national security. The MSS is actually not something serious at all.
