Emmanuel Mallia’s political appointees at the MSS (and Silvio Scerri’s friends)

In just around 20 months throughout the period Emmanuel Mallia was Home Affairs Minister, he appointed several individuals to the Malta Security Services with the help of his Chief of Staff Silvio Scerri. These appointees are still working at the MSS until this very day.

The MSS is also filled with political appointees who are foreign officials and political appointees from the Customs Department.
