Despite protests from the Reverend Canon David Cillia, the Valletta Local Council has cancelled the tender for the restoration of the facade Saint Paul’s Shipwreck Church.
The tender has been the subject of another cancelation before, and delays by the Local Council’s Executive Secretary Gabriella Agius who is currently also dating Mastermind Silvio Scerri of Nexos Lightning.

Mastermind Silvio Scerri was stopped at least ( waqa ghan nejk ) , but this has to be investigated ! What happened and why ? Alfred Zammit wake up !
Maybe you are misunderstanding.
Although I stand to be corrected, nothing to me in this article implies that Silvio Scerri was thwarted. On the contrary, the tender may have been cancelled because he was about to lose it (to be relaunched later, in a more favourable way to him?).
The Reverend Canon and his church have been left hanging yet again.
